Greg Takehara
CEO, Tourism Cares

We all want to make the world a better place, particularly as we rebuild travel and tourism in the post-pandemic world. But we need to build resiliency to rebound and thrive. Sustainable travel and sustainable business practices are key to help us do just that. Changing the world can certainly feel overwhelming but engaging in more sustainable practices is not as hard as we expect it to be. We can start making more responsible choices within our businesses where the learning, growing and improving can be integrated into the travel experience. Join us for this session to learn from Tourism Cares how investing in your sustainability journey can generate incredible positive impacts for the people and places of travel, the industry at large, and our planet.

Don’t miss out on our Annual Golf Tournament! Held at the beautiful Coore Crenshaw Cliffside Course at the Omni Barton Creek, it promises to be a great day of golf.  This recently renovated course features lush, wide sweeping fairways lined by densely packed trees that will devour errant tee shots. The Coore Crenshaw Cliffside course challenges golfers with its approach to large, well-contoured greens. Not an incredibly long course, the layout is forgiving for the novice, yet still challenging for the seasoned golfer.
